"Do not hire them!"

Do not hire them! They claim they are members of the BBB (which is not true) and claim to have a money-back guarantee (also not true). When I changed my mind because they seemed sketchy and wanted to go with a local reputable publisher, they fought me for weeks and tried to upsell me on more services. Finally they agreed to refund my $1,500, but after two months I still haven't received any money. Sara claims it's a problem with their bank, but they can't tell me the problem or get it fixed. Every call takes another 7-10 business days, and you guessed it--nothing happens!
