"Slum landlord"
This lady is a fraud her and her son stephan jackson rent property to people and then when repairs need to be done they kick the tenants out she goes after homeless families that are already facing struggles so that she can get money from the government. She has used covid relief funds on random people to receive back rent and they never even lived at the property and she had me give her a check that came to where I live for a lady that she claimed was crazy and told me not to give it to her cause she never lived here and on June 3rd my ceiling started leaking and I told her about it she totally ignored me and then it fell on my 7 year old that's autistic she still ignored it so I had to call code enforcement to make her fix it and then she served me an eviction for revenge cause she had to fix it code enforcement made her fix it and she called cps on me and lied on me and tried to get my son taking away from me so if this is a potential renter don't do it cause it's a pattern and for as where I live I will be posting pictures of what happened thanks .
