"lots of extra hardware."
The hardware is amazing and I didn't personally experience any downtime, except for the couple of times I had to reboot the system afetr installing extra software (using Centoserver's cPanel management panel). They have lots of extra hardware, software and support options for their root servers (at extra cost of course).

"Fast support and patience."
I would and will recommend CentoServer web host to all my friends and collegues that are looking for a reliable, fast and well supported hosting package. Have contacted support a couple of times and recieved prompt, helpful responses each time. Would definitely recommend this hosting provider. The fast support and patience, via email, has always been very helpful during my learning process!

Reliability and dependability. These rare qualities are what I have experienced in my long-term relationship with CentoServer and are why I highly recommend them for your technological needs. A few times I called them because, to my own admission, I get a bit overly anxious about accomplishing things right away. They always helped and gave me a reassuring feeling things would work out just right.

"I am extremely happy with CentoServer services!"
Everytime I got some questions, I ask them online, no waiting times, there is always some one waiting there online to help us, it's just amazing. Good support information including knowledgebase and regularly updated system status. Admittedly I am only hosting html based site, but have a steady flow of visitors, who extrememly rarely report downtime. They have manage to keep my site running smoothly even when it has grown 5 times bigger than it was with the previous hosts and, I must say, always with excellent service and response times.
